doesn't affect me much - people can use whatever they like, long or short widths -WHATEVER!i'm pretty much a die-hard fan of 'v' shaped combo bars, cut as wide as my shoulders. i used to slam my knees (painfully) on the bends at the stemgrip area of 2/4/6/8-pc bars, and i think it's gonna be worst for me if i run them 2-pc'ers on my short top tube frames.just ride whatever suits your riding style/buget @the moment, don't be a trend whore, it's not called freestyle fo'nuthing...

it looks as though 2 piece big bar trend is coming into effect now.like alot of the big guys are rolling with em' now, what your take on em in comparison to the ol' conventional style 8 piece bar...
straight-up bmx works fine!
