It was near to the popular "Pesta" night market (on every Saturday).

Near to the mosque, convenient shop, some food stalls, and public toilets.

When are the locals riding this spot?
Basically every weekend, morning session (8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.) or evening session (5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.)

The surface?
It was a mix of concrete with additive materials (much more like iron fillings) for durability. Quite grippy for spinning/turbine tricks, may requiring less-grip tire.
