I cant believe no one has commented on this! Love your bike, after nearly 3 years my Instrumental will be built this year! I bought it new sat on it for nearly 2 years. Sold it, then found out just how rare the 19.25s are so i bought it straight back & now im finally going to build it haha.

That half link chain is overkill... at least get one with hollow pins  :beer:

How does the front wheel hold up with 28 spokes? Is is stiff enough? I guess you are not heavy...
I would agree with outriding's comment about the chain. It seems like you want to have a light bike. Another chain could probably save 200g. A 10-speed road racing chain (which should work with a 3/32" sprocket and a Geisha driver) with 68 links weighs about 170g. I think as long as you do not run it super tight it will last. For me it works.

half link was done away with and replaced with a cult one i still perfer halflinks weight isent an issue i have to run it super tight chain slap and noise atall annoys me lol i dont notice any differance in the wheel just looks cleaner,im only 8 stone so i wudent feel much flex haha!
