連日の秋晴れでした。

秋のお祭りに向けてか武将達の練習もいつもより気合い入ってました。

自分は腰だいぶ回復したから久々大会ルーティーン練習。

全然ダメ。

特にＥがダメ。

なんかもう、この先どれだけ頑張ってもメイク率１００%が来る日は無いんやろな…

お城でこんなんやったら大会絶対無理やん…

と、あまりに決まらなくてネガティヴ全開でした。

上手くいかない時の自分を許すこと、そして上手くいっている時の自分を簡単に許さないこと』

確かに…

確かにとは思うのに、自分は上手くいかない時の自分が許せない。

せっかく一日中良い天気で慣れた路面でガッツリ乗れる時に調子の悪い自分が許せない。笑

ネガティヴにもなるわ。。

昨日は腰にまだ若干違和感があったのと、先週おろしたシューズがまだ固いってのを言い訳にして調子悪かった自分を許そうと思う。

とりあえず何か収穫をと…XFMを１４本決めて１日最多メイク更新。

マイルアンのチャリ久々に見たらパーツ変わりまくり。

あちこち壊れるほど乗りまくってるんやろなー。

めっちゃ上手なってた。

毎日ビッキーの動画見て乗りまくってるマサキも良い感じ～

暗くなるまで乗った後は悲鳴上げるまで筋トレ。笑

肉喰いに行ってまた少しムキムキになりました。

最近カオス商店街よりも良さげな夜スポット発見したから今週乗りに行ってみよ。
